The app said I was due to be payed a 50.00 frequency bonus for the month of June 2021 after 6 successful donotions. Said bonus was not deposited.
Desired outcome: $50.00 deposit
BioLife Plasma Services - Gross incompetence
BioLife has refused to compensate me for my plasma. They have also prevented me from donating at any of their competitors because they lost my blood test. They refuse to give me a way to contact anyone above a shift manager and claim to not know how to contact anyone from corporate (if true that makes this the most shady and shadowy organization). No one responds to my emails. No one is willing or able to fix the problems my coming to their center has caused or give me contact info to anyone who can.
Trying to get problems resolved with this company is like beating your against a wall only more painful.
Desired outcome: My ability to donate at their competitors restored and Financial compensation for my time and lost money. An apology for my treatment and a promise to never again let this happen.
