I paid over $1500 for the installation of a washer and dryer, and the removal of our old ones. Appointment was set and on the morning of the appointment the driver calls in sick. No one else was assigned the installation of our appliances. Called Best Buy at 5pm and told that the driver was on his way. Next day I called and was told that a new appointment couldn't be set because the driver let the job order in an "in transit" that locks the system up. Second day call, complained and told that appliance services would expedite the order. Told to wait 24 hours, should receive an email, may be installed 6 days after the original appointment. How can Best Buy have only 1 driver in a city of over 50, 000 people? How can the services system be locked up by 1 person? Why does a customer have to wait a week for service when the appointment was not kept by the business? I am close to the point where I want all of my money back or some kind of compensation for this grievance.
Desired outcome: Service in 24-48 hours
