Online orders were not coming through. I was waiting patiently and was informed that they will take care of ot. 15 minutes later the manager tells me that they did not receive my order and I was waiting when I was acknowledge they are taking care of it. Manager then came and told me that they do not have my order and I have to wait 25 to 40 minutes. But he was having an attitude and I think he need to acknowledge that it is not the customers fault but a problem with the system. There was an customer before me that had the same problem and left because of it. I did not have a problem about the system failure which I understand that it does happen. But manager came up twice to me and having attitude and not willing to stand for the fact ot was a system failure on their end. And could have done something about it. The fact that he knew it has been 2 hrs problem already and he did get a way to check it somewhere. He could have done something about it. Manager name is Kelly Carlton I think. This happened 10/25/19 at 5:15pm
