I never got the order and when I called to check the status the male on the phone became very hostile and combative as follow:
1. Refused to give his name
2. Began yelling and screaming if you didn’t get your order call them and they will refund your money.
3. Hung up the phone
Now I had no idea that there was a problem with the order I told him I did not understand what he meant call, call whom when I asked him who did I was supposed to call this is when he hung the phone up. Now I’m a manager of a large company and I know that is not how it should have been handled. I would like my full payment refund back to my account. You do not have to worry about any order coming from this business in the future.
