On February 15th at approximately 1:00 a.m. I went to Casey's with a friend and she inquired about something on the app, they couldn't make what she was wanting so she asked about something else, they couldn't make that either. A couple nights prior I had got online and ordered a sandwich, the same young man was in the kitchen. He didn't bother contacting me, instead he let me drive all the way up there to tell me he couldn't make the sandwich. On the 15th I asked him, why is there an app I can get on and order food if they cant make it? He became very agitated and proceeded to call me some defamatory names (crackhead) being one of them. Everytime I go to this store people are very rude to me and won't help me. This young man in particular is very rude. I'm not going back to any Casey's until this is resolved. I feel like my food has been spit in and I'm mortified and just completely embarrassed. It's a terrible feeling.
Desired outcome: I feel that the young man should be terminated and the rest of the employees need reprimanded and I think there should be mandatory customer relations classes upon hire.
