Great Clips

I hate going to hair cut companies, especially great clip, no matter what they tell they are not listening. I spent 2 months growing my hair out and trimming it myself because the lady at the cross keys wouldn't listen to me. I went back again. I watch them cut hair, the sections of my hair was straight and was getting long then I could take care of. I ask the lady please tweak it I don't want much off she took off a good 2 1/2 inches. She had me face the inside of the store cause she didn't want me to see what she was doing and I kept asking her you are not taking a lot off she said know when she turn me around, oh my god I said I didn't want a boy cut you didn't do what I said. When it came to pay I pay for the hair cut she said are you giving me a tip I said no you did not listen to me I didn't have long pieces that didn't match where did you tweak when I got home. The left side was chopping she did a lousy job, I won't be going back there. I found a complaint a long time ago and was referred to another store, love the store they did my hair right. What they do they close the store and sent my stylist to chesterfield way too far for me to travel very disappointed.
