Great Clips Hair cuts

On June 15th early evening at the Fort Saskatchewan Alberta location I had the worst hair cut! Not the first time unfortunately, but wanted to give another chance. NEVER AGAIN! I should preface, I have the easiest hair cuts and the healthiest hair-it’s not complicated. I asked for half an inch, and 1.5-2 was taken. The previous visit I had that much taken as a result of another poor haircut and the use of thinning shears used inappropriately. Again this time, used inappropriately. The person cutting my hair was nice, but continued to chop away staying they were keeping the length. Now I have to pay another company to fix this mistake because it was unevenly cut.

Desired outcome: financial compensation would be appreciated since I have to pay another company to fix, but I would not accept a gift card as I will never visit another great clips.

Great Clips Quick and Easy Haircuts for Boys at Great Clips - Affordable and Convenient!

great clips is aite. i take my boy there when i can't go nowhere else. it ain't the best but it gets the job done. they got a bunch of stylists so you don't gotta wait too long. my son always comes out lookin' fresh. sometimes they mess up a little but it ain't no big deal. the prices are pretty good too. i'd recommend it if you need a quick and easy haircut.

Great Clips Haircut

I went to get a haircut at the Great Clips, Woodward Pavilion in Fresno, Ca on Cedar and Shephard. I had a picture of what I more or less was looking for in order for my hair to eventually get a certain style. This idiot supposedly stylist by the name of Michael told me this after showing him the picture. “ It is nothing like what we have on record. You will never have your hair look like that cause you just have too much curl on back.” He not only embarrassed me by saying that out loud in front of other customers but he made me feel like I was dumb for wanting a haircut like that. I would have come back with a response as undignified as his but there were kids there to get a haircut with their mom and I didn’t want to start an argument. He just cut my hair to his will and never tried to cut the back as close as to what I told him. He not only treated a senior so badly but every word out of his mouth to me was insulting. I retired from a legal place for hurrassements tp seniors and I will be reporting this to the CA Cosmothology Dept but to the Ca District attorney and to my 3 attorneys. My hair looks so bad as he cut it and I will make sure he does not treat others like that and more.

Desired outcome: Need my money back and my hair cut shorter in the back as I wanted it.

Great Clips Dry haircut, no change in style

I showed up @ 2:40 for a haircut. I didn’t do an online appt as their site said there was an 8 minute wait. When I arrived there was 1 gentleman waiting, no one sitting in the chairs. There were 2 stylists standing. The lady at the desk said they weren’t taking walk- ins as they had an 80 minute wait and closed at 5. She said one of the stylists was getting ready to go home @ 3. I waited outside for 15 minutes for my husband to pick me up. I am unable to drive right now. Literally no one walked into the salon while I waited- which was the time it would have taken for a trim. And she was quite flip- not to wait inside

Great Clips Horrible staff

I went to Great Clips due to been in once before with my husband gettingn hair cut ,that one went good.Well my experience was the opposite.the 2 Hair dressers were beyond rude to clients an 1 was making all kinds of rude faces because she kept complaing about their is only 2 of us were short handed an continued to let everyone know they closesing at 5 :00 it was only 3;00 an she got mader an mader due to her client continueing to tell her I want my hair shorter.Other stylisist just wasnt much better with nothing but gossiping an acting like she just wanted to get out of their before had any more customers!I was reaslly wanting to get up an leave but finnally my name was called so I go sit in chair an pull up photo that I had my hair cut like last time I had haircut ,well I dont think we can do it ,I replied get it as close to that as you can,I told her I had to answer my phone it was family call,next thing i knew i felt barber Sheers cutting way up on back of my neck ,I wanted to scream !She chopped my hair so bad it humilating!I will never go To Any Great Cuts And I Will Tell Everyone I know Dont Go To That One In Brownwood Texas !Horrific Service An Pure Rudeness Follwed WIth Horrifying Hair Cutt!

Sounds like you were a HORRIBLE customer. Time is money snowflake and when you are taking a phone call during a haircut that is RUDE! You probably have to much time in your hands with very little money. You most likely had a $7.99 coupon wanting a $65 dollar haircut with an hour session because YOU are a liberal thinking everyone owes you! Am I correct?!? I think I am! Do yourself a favor and save everyone the grief…..cut your own hair, you probably do a better job!

Great Clips Terrible customer service

I signed in on the "app" and still waited much longer than told, once I was there for at least 45 minutes some fella walks in and isn't signed in on the app but obviously a relative of one of the stylists. This fella walked in the door, went right on to the stylists chair to be serviced. The cut I received was mediocre at best and obviously these folks care little for your time. I called the customer service line and nobody answered, automated attendant hung up on me after waiting more than fifteen minutes. I should have expected service of that caliber. I would like to be removed from their mailing list. Guess its not going to be that great!

Great Clips Mean and rude hairdresser

After waiting for a haircut at Great Clips in Ephrata, PA. I have decided not to come here ever again. An incident took place after a hairdresser was coughing uncontrollably while cutting an elderly man's hair. She asked to cut my friends and she said no, will wait due to her being sick and extreme coughing fits. She then asked me and I also said no. As this conversation took place, another hairdresser rolled her eyes and made a face in disgust (in her mind). Well this hairdresser called my name to cut my hair, I confronted her and asked her why she is being so disrespectful. Never apologized to me, and no explaining why she was being mean and disrespectful. I said no to her cutting my hair. All her response was, sit down and I will cut your hair. The receptionist spoke to me and she said I am sorry and she understood why I was upset. I asked to have the manager's name, she gave it to me. I have not spoken to the manager. Great Clips crystal rR

I want to thank Crystal R for her kindness she shared with me today. i came in scared and ashamed of my looks, I am losing my hair due to covid vaccine and she took me, treated me with nothing more than kindness and understanding, cut my hair, told me what products to use, made me feel comfortable and took the time to point out where my hair is gowning back. i walked out feeling good about my self as i haven't for a good year and 1/2 she made me feel proud and confident again.. thank you for having crystal R working for your company, I am sure I am not the only person she has touched. she is a Angel her name is crystal R she works at miller plaza in duluth mn.. I will tell my story in all my groups for hair loss i am in.. ty great clips..

Great Clips Disrespectful hairdresser

Today, Jan. 30 th at approx. 10 am I went to Great Clips at Ephrata, Pa. 17517. There were 3 hairdressers and one receptionist. I was with another person, both there for a haircut. One hairdresser was coughing uncontrollably and was cutting an elderly mans hair. She was not wearing a mask. The receptionist looked at her on several occasions and was not pleased at what she heard or saw. When it was my friends turn to cut her hair, she refused because the hairdresser coughing was the one to cut her hair. Then she proceeded to me for a haircut, I also said no. And explained why. (the coughing) Mean while the other hairdresser, whom watched and heard what was happening asked to cut my hair. She was the one that rolled her eyes and appeared to have a big attitude. I approached her and asked her why she rolled her eyes. I explained that with Covid and other lung issues going around that we didn t feel safe. She was very disrespectful, all the while saying sit down and I will cut your hair. Never did she say she was sorry for her obvious dislike for our saying no to the ill hairdresser. I refused this lady and did not want a disrespectful, bad attitude lady wanting to cut my hair. The receptionist spoke with me, very pleasant and said she understood. The manager was not there at this time. but she gave me her name and number. I do not know the ladys name. but know she should not be working with the public. My friend got another hairdresser to cut her hair with no problems. I have been going to this establishment for 20 years with never a problem. S. Wolf [protected]@ptd.net

Great Clips Customer service

Took grandsons to get haircuts. They are 3 and 7 years old. The 3 yr old had to sit on his mothers lap. He was scared and crying but cooperative with moms help. The stylist never engaged with him, she proceeded to turn the blow dryer on without letting him know first. Then she sprayed water in my daughters face saying “I have to wet his hair”. She should have given prior notice before just spraying. My grandson never experienced a blow dryer being turned on behind him before. His brother was finished with his cut so he came over to comfort him and the stylist said “ Do not touch the chair “. I had to explain why he couldn’t approach the chair to give his brother a hug. The stylist should have taken control and should have interacted with my grandson making him feel more comfortable especially for him being so young. In my opinion she has no business working with the public. I will not return to this location.

Desired outcome: I want her to be able to communicate with customers of all ages and to be able to make them feel comfortable. Retrained on how to talk to people.

Great Clips Bad haircut bad attitude by great clips employee

I went to the Great Clips a few days ago at Plantation Pointe N. Myrtle Beach SC ste 111 where my hair was ruined by an inexperienced employee. I thought I would get a better haircut by more professional stylists while at the beach but it was the worst experience I have ever had in all my years using Great Clips. The girl who cut my hair was extremely inexperienced. She ruined my hair in the very first cut. I had told her before she even started exactly how to cut my hair. She pulled all my hair back and cut it all off in one snip and immediately the right side was already shorter than I told her I wanted my hair cut. I told her after her first mistake that it was already too short and not to cut anymore off that side. I told her I did not want my back cut short but to lift up most of my hair and just cut the thick hair at the very bottom short so the top layers could just fall over it. I wanted an asymmetrical page cut shorter in the back at my neckline and longer on either side below my face line. Ive had my hair cut this way for years.

She cut the lower back hair and cut large gaps in my hair. When I told her to straighten it out where she had gaps in my hair she told me it was the shape of my head. It was my heads fault that she cut it poorly. Seriously!

A young male came and fixed her mistakes twice then let her take over again. Every time she mucked up my hair on her first or second cut. She had no idea what she was doing and told me again its the way my head is shaped. OMG! I was already mad but I could not walk out looking as I did. I was holding back tears. It had taken a year and a half to grow my hair back after a previous bad haircut when I had tried something different. The young male came and fixed her mistakes again. But in the end My hair in the back was all gone and short like a mans. I had my side bangs and what now looks like wings to the front of my ears. I cried as I walked out the door and told them I was not paying for the haircut and that my hair was ruined.

We were on vacation at the beach. I felt ugly and did not want to go anywhere in public and do anything anymore. I was so distraught. My husband went inside to address the situation. The girl who cut my hair laughed at him and another hairdresser told him to back up in her space. There was no manager available. I had just bought two brand new styling tools at the Myrtle Beach Target in anticipation of my new haircut. Even those were a useless purchase. I am still very upset over my haircut and worse yet over the fact that neither the untrained stylist who ruined my hair nor anyone else in the Salon that day gave a damn about the fact that that girl ruined My Hair. I am still livid and tearful over it.

Great Clips I want my rancho mirage job grate clips #5155 and I want the ownership contracts of all my grate clips stores

My right to work,

I was transfer in different worse place without my consent

I was transfer on 11/10/2022 from my heired salon Grate Clips #5155 Rancho Mirage ca 92270 to Grate Clips SMOKE TREE VILAGE #7076 without my consent-Rosa Macias the manager just call me in the office and told me that I will be transfer on Visto Chino salon for it is new after 2 weeks Rosa transfers me in a Smoke Tree village palm spring where most of the day the salon is infested with a toxic odor of spicy cheese that is identical with yellow poison, All that odor produce nausea and headache all the way I work.

2, When I was hired a year ago there was an opening as a manager and Rosa had the interview and she place me behind the chair because I have 30 years experience and MBA diploma, and promise me the doctorial when the management vacancy come up... that was on Visto China vacancy in a new salon, she transfer me in an toxic environment with the hope I will die and she will be the one to take over my properties (this was the main issues for she want me out of the management ownership and GRATE CLIPS)

3. I want back my hiring job-I work thee for one year - store#5155 Rancho Mirage, I also want the contracts for all my property with grate clips-Rosa has them?

I have the right and qualification to be in the ownership and management position also I have the right treated with respect and dignity-rosa is very racial against white.. Iam white she is Hispanic-she was caught daily 4-5 times that skilled and make me that one, THIS IS A BIG DEAL
