Went to service department too pick up my 2011 chevy camero ss. I talked to my service advisor #500077 about picking up my car. He explained what he had to do too fix my car. I have been their several times & he's the only one I go to when I have my car serviced he's always been very polite & courteous.
I paid my bill & he said there would be someone too bring it out shortly. I could see my car sitting in back of the shop, so I thought it shouldn't be too long maybe 10 to 20 min. Well, it turned into 30 to 40 min they were bringing up other customers cars but not mine. I'm standing there all this time with my receipt in my hand & nobody has the decency to ask if I need help! But what really made me mad was when this guy gets in my car starts it, pulls it out & starts too bring it up front. Now, this is what gets to me. There's about 3 to 4 guys standing around, so one of the men tells the guy that's in my car to put it back. Now I'm just a few feet from my car & this guy puts it back! The man that tells him that's the wrong camaro, that's an ss we don't want that. Then points to a late model camaro ZL1 for him too bring up. The guy brings up the ZL1 & they have another guy proceed to check the air in the tires with the car idling the whole time. Well he left after checking all the tires & the ZL1 was still just sitting there idling. Well by this time I was mad enough to bit nails! Now I know my lowly 10yr old ss doesn't compare price wise, horsepower wise or any other wise compared to a ZL1, but it's my ss and I'm proud too own it. So what I did next was to go find my advisor & he was shocked that I was still there. I told him what had happened, he said that he didn't understand why that happened & that he would bring my car too me. He said that he was very sorry that had happened.
Desired outcome: If you see someone that's been standing around for awhile, ask if they need help. It's not that hard, don't walk by them like there not there.

I was in to have service work done on 6/26/19. The service advisor, Dustin Collene, showed me a couple of air filters that needed to be changed, one of which was not the one I had put in my car and said I could do that myself. What did not talk to me about was my brakes. Now on 7/19/19 I have a serious problem with my brakes. If this had been brought to my attention at the time, I would have had the problem fixed at that time. Now it is going to be much more expensive to repair my brakes. I have lost all confidence with the Cable Dahmer service department. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also I am planning to buy a new car within the next year, but I very much doubt that it will be from Cable Dahmer.
