Pizza Hut

Today we ordered maybe 8 pizzas for our team at work which we have done many times and never had any issues. However on this particular day there was a lady there named Cassie and she was very rude. She first told us to get the 3 topping large pizza for 10$ it had to have 3 toppings which I have never had to do before. Then when I picked up the order she was rude and said next time you do a big order you need to to place it 24 hours in advance. Which again we order pizza from this same location at least once a month or so and never have had any issues. So that just felt to me like she would rather us take our business somewhere else. Then one of our pizzas that was on the receipt was supposed to be a thing crust and was not so she made us bring it back to see like she didn't believe us. However she didn't check all the pizzas as they should of. I'm not sure who this lady is but if you want to keep business I would have someone more customer friendly at the register. As I work in customer service as well and the pizza we bought was for our team to show them our appreciation. Then to feel like we were the problem by coming and ordering from you was just so unsatisfying.
