I went to to the drive thru on Friday 11-24-2023 at 5:27pm. They took my order line was long but moved fast. I got up to get the window to get my food. The woman at the window #397 was taking someone’s order and it took a while. The window was open she saw me there. She was checking her personal cell phone and then walked away. Another employee walks up and asks who is on the window. #397 appears and tells her my order is sitting there. Which it had been the whole time with he window open getting cold. Very cold today outside in MO.
I felt like this women deliberately ignored me until someone called her out on it. My good was cold. Very unhappy.
Desired outcome: I want this employee reprimanded. Very rude
