Good Afternoon to who it may concern, my name is Chris Radford. I was at the White Castle on Shelbyville in Middletown yesterday. Went thru the drive thru, order 2 Chocolate shake, and a strawberry lemonade smoothie. Once at the window the lady repeated my order. Said I ordered 2 chocolate shakes and a strawberry banana smoothie. Which I didn’t order a strawberry banana smoothie, I could have declined that smoothie cause my wife can’t drink bananas in her smoothie. I accepted it. Didn’t anger with her, but I had told her I didn’t order strawberry banana smoothie. She said yes you did, again I told her I didn’t do that so I paid for it. Which I shouldn’t have, what ever happened to the customer being right. I’m sorry for any confusion but I feel I was right since I know what kind of smoothie my wife likes. I went to the Joliet location 11:35pm tonight the manager said he didn't get my order and to get back in line after I had waited over 20 min for 3 burgers he was rude and I'm posting this on social media . Rude staff, incorrect order
First of all, the staff (all females, 1 male), the females were very rude to the male, disrespectful to him and the customers. He was doing orders given by one of the females, he was isolated and he also had to stop his job to take orders at the register. The female (?manager) practically threw change at him after another female threw the register keys across the prep table toward him. Three different females, including the ?manager, degraded him in front of a line of customers. You could tell the females were trying to get him to quit, I would love to have gotten their names but I did get his name, Skyler. Today is Saturday, March 11, and the visit was at 13:02 pm at store # [protected] in London, KY. According to the receipt his Team member # 6456. I doubt very seriously if he will continue to work there due to what I saw today. By the way the trash cans were running over, the line of drive thru customers were all the way around the building (this is why I went inside). The females were all together working the drive thru and none were polite or even bothered to smile or hide their frustration. I honestly think I would replace the "team" with a real "team" that was willing to work together with ALL staff including males. I hope someone contacts "Skyler" and talks with him, he was the only decent worker there today. My friend that was with me received an order that was suppose to be a #1 w/cheese but it was not correct. I do not know any of the staff there and I am new to the area but I truly hope this behavior is not condoned by White Castle .

When you go to get food because ur hungry you go to a driv thru and notice ur neighbor that you know does drugs working with ur food and when their not sober enough to work they get to leave and come home and sober up that's bad business just thought I would let you know.

On Sunday 2/19/2023 at approximately 1:00am the guy that took my order was very rude to me as I was ordering he was cutting me off by saying “ anything else” over and over again and when I asked him if he rung up my chicken ring slider because I didn’t see it on the screen he caught an attitude with me ignored my question and stated “ anything else I said pull up “ so I told him to cancel the order after all that I didn’t want it anymore he should probably find another job because it’s quite obvious he wasn’t happy and taking it out on customers

Upon ordering at the drive thru, I then waited 20 minutes. There was two cars in front of me. They asked me to pull forward which I did. I then watched 5-6 other cars after I ordered get their orders and drive away. After 17 minutes I got out of my car and went inside. When they say me, they said its coming right up> was offered something to drink, are you kidding me? I'm a senior and not in the best of shape> this was unacceptable!

I just picked up a case of 30 White castles in the Bradley White Castle store and told him I want no pickles so what I got was no onions on any of them that's the best part every one of the 30 hamburgers must have 10 pickles on them and they're load of pickles so I had to dig all them off and then the second thing they are so salty I've never ever had White Castle with that much salt they're just nasty the other stuff we ordered was fine I spent over $46 that's a lot of money for fast food and I have high blood pressure diabetes and heart trouble and there's no way I can eat all that salt
