Showed up to have dinner with my boyfriend around 8:15 Tuesday November 5th. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs with extra meatballs and the New blackened shrimp and chicken pasta. We received our food at our table and I didnt have extra meatballs. So I went to ask for the extra ones and they brought them out to our table. We got 5 bread sticks, very under cooked, limp and unsatisfying. We love the bread sticks so we were very disappointed. Considering the shrimp pasta was new, my boyfriend thought it sounded good enough to try. He was not pleased with it's taste. After making his dinner a meal he spent $9-$10 on himself and wasn't pleased. I took it back to the counter and had to stand there and wait because no one was paying attention and they were all turned around talking to one another. I asked if he could get it replaced with something different and I was told yes by the male manager. I asked for pizza and the manager said he would give him a double slice and it would be right out. We sat inside for another 30 minutes waiting for his pizza and never received it. My boyfriend was already so upset he basically didn't get to eat dinner after paying for it, we left. I'm a manager at Andy's Frozen Custard next door to this location and I have never received such poor service either inside or ordering it to go. He should have either received his pizza or his money back since the food was given back. We will continue to go to this location because we love the food. We just had a bad experience.
