visited the new location in Land O Lakes on 052924. Lots of good things except the bottom of the pizza was burned. The cashier had never taken an order for a "whole pizza" before. So, why don't your customers want a whole pizza instead of slices? Anyway, we would have done a 2nd visit hoping that they wouldn't burn the bottom, BUT I GOT SICK. An hour of the big D with plenty of pain. That means that something was not kept refrigerated. So, obviously, we can't go back. Review your new store for food care before you lose more customers permanently!
Worst dinner ever
We went to the 1310 third ave. Huntington Wv Fazoli's today. They were more interested in talking to each other and talking on the phone than giving the best food out. The bread sticks were so dried out made the dinner awful. When the good workers are working and knows how to fix them, they are the meal. I went back up to counter for my husband an extra bread stick for his meal, stood there for at least 4 minutes while they finished their conversation and realize someone was standing there. We went to that location because the last time we were there the waitress was soooo good, I said we would drive to that location instead of 29th st. they were so good. Not again. were done. Bad service and food.
Recommendation: Go to 29th street. till those workers are gone. Or you know the good ones are there.

My first time at ordering from this restaurant and ordered the Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo dish, no mushrooms and they forgot to put the alfredo sauce in my dish, dry, very disappointed. Only gave one star because there is not a zero star option! Rebecca has no business being a manner. This is the worst experience and customer service I have ever encountered in my 53 years! Very nasty attitude! Because of her Fazolis has lost several customers.

On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, I would like to voice my frustration with the service I received from the Mansfield, Ohio Fazoli's #5049.
I had looked up prices on line and also e-mailed Fazoli's and obtained approval from our Financial Director for our dinner. I must have mixed up with I read on line regarding meal packages and individual item ordering. I called Fazoli's the week of 4/3/23 to place my order and was told that they had a person who took care of catering and she would call me back. I called again on 4/10/23, 4/11/23, 4/12/23, 4/13/23 and 4/14/23. Each time I either got a message saying they were unable to calls. I did not leave a message every day, but I did several times. On 4/15/23 I went into Fazoli's with the quote from Tabi and my desired order below. The manager was kind and took my order totalling $308.00 (1 Party Spaghetti, 2 Party Fettucini, 2 Gallons of Iced Tea and 2 gallons of Lemonade). He asked if he could keep my paper that had our address on it and I agreed. On my note, I had written 3 free salads.
On Tuesday, 4/18/23, I received a call from Tabi from the Mansfield Restaurant. She immediately started with anger and yelling at me, stating this was not her e-mail and she had been written up, and she has her e-mail in front of her and that is not what it said. I tried to ask if her name was Tabi, because I had thought I was communicating with the corporate line when I reached out for our quote. She stated "I can't finish what I have to say when you are talking over me". She mentioned her general manager had written her up for an error she did not make and the manager who took my order had no business taking it. She also said it is $40 for delivery not catering and catering is $60. At that point, I asked if her General Manager was there, she said yes. I asked to speak to him, because she was being rude. She called out to him and said "she wants to speak to you because she says I'm being rude.
He came to the phone and he started to yell at me as well. He stated he had to write 2 of his managers up because of this. After he had yelled at me for several minutes. I told him I had tried to call for over a week and no one answered nor returned my call. The manager who took my order was just doing his job to help me. I apologized for the misunderstanding and said we will just not get the salads and I asked if we could still have it delivered since that had been paid for. He said "YES", and I said thank you and hung up.
This situation could have been easily avoided had the General Manager contacted our office and stated there appeared to be an error and explained. I could have put him on hold and got an immediate confirmation to order the salads. Also had typed delivery/catering because I did not know what it ws called.
I work as a receptionist and had an person filling out an application while I was being hollered at and I did my very best not to lose my temper while on the phone with them.
Desired outcome: I feel the manager who took my order should have the reprimand removed and the General Manager and Tabitha should be disciplined for how they jumped to conclusions and treated a customer.
Got the wrong sandwich
My mother and I frequent the Festus, Mo store quite often and usually no problems. I understand that like all businesses they might be short staffed. We were coming through the drive thru and ordered a meatball sub, side salad with ranch dressing and an order of breadsticks between 1 and 1:30 on Tuesday 3/21/23 at the Festus location. We were in a Black Gmc Terrain. We didn't check our order, which I guess we should of, but the drive thru lady repeated the order back to us so we took it on her word that we got the right order. We live like 35 minutes away. When my mom opened her order she got the salad and bread sticks but ended up with a lunch meat sub instead of the meatball sub she wanted. Is there anything we can do to rectify this, my mothers loves the food there. but is persnickety about her orders lol. Any information you can give me would be most helpful.

Signing into app
I have tried for months & months to get into Fazoli’s app to do online ordering. I had any account previously & that is the issue… when I try to sign in, it says my phone number is in use & I can’t go any further. I’ve closed the app & tried going back in for a long time. Lost ALL my points! Can mgmt reset the issue so I can once again use the App please?! It is so difficult to get someone to respond to my issue. I was a frequent customer to Fazoli’s.

unauthorized credit card charges, bad food, bad service
I stopped by the Fazolis in Champaign, IL. on 12/27/2022 around 1555 for dinner on the way home. I went inside to eat. After ordering I sat down and waited for my food. I didn't realize that I had left my card in the reader. After I received my food, no breadsticks or my dessert, food was over cooked and tasted horrible. I went up to get my dessert. I waited for the customers in line to finish with their order when the lady in line went to pay and removed my card. I said " sorry that's mine" The clerk, a young man with braids in his hair, handed me the card. I told him I could prove the card was mine his response was "I don't care" and handed me my card. He was rude in every transaction made to me and other people. I found additional charges on my card. I reported them and called them back to let them know what happened. They didn't seem to care.
Desired outcome: The clerk in question better trained, someplace else. Refunded for the overcharges and an apology for the treatment received
Poor food/disgusting
I purchased food from the Fazoli's on Rome Hilliard Road it was lasagna and chicken parmesan I spent over $30 and ended up giving the food to a homeless man that's how bad it was I'm extremely disappointed the sides that I ordered we're not even the correct sides and the food that I did get was horrible I'm just disappointed and I don't ever plan on eating Fazoli's again

Unsanitary & unhealthy experience
On Dec 9th I visited your restaurant via the drive thru at approximately 1:00pm at the 1204 Greenbrier Parkway Chesapeake, VA 23320 location. I ordered two pieces of pizza. I have attached a picture of the bag the food came in, and a picture of the napkins which were INSIDE the bag, both covered with what I believe was sauce. It DID NOT come from my order. The woman who gave me the food did not have a mask.
Due to a time restraint (had to be someplace at a certain time) I did not have the opportunity to go in the restaurant or go thru the drive thru again. Since I haven’t eaten all day, and I would not be able to go someplace else to eat, I made a poor decision and ate a couple of bites of the pizza and two breadsticks. I then rethought if I should continue to eat the food, and decided to throw it all away. About two hours later I felt sick.
Several month back, my daughter, son-in-law, grandson and I visited the same restaurant for a Sunday lunch. Needless to say, after spending over $35, the food was not eaten (except breadsticks) as the food tasted terrible. My son-in-law decided not to complain and walked out stating he will never come here again. In the past, I’ve liked going to this restaurant. Since I’m sending this complaint I’m sharing another bad experience from this location.
With the flue/Covid/viruses going around, your employees need to follow health/cleanness protocol to ensure customers do not get sick. This was an unsanitary and unhealthy experience and you need to know. Rather than sending this to the Health Department, Facebook and other social media outlets I’ve decided to send directly to you. I don’t know f this is the new normal for Frazollu’s but it needs to be addressed with corporate.

on Dec.2, 2020 at 9:12 p.m. I purchased fazoli 's grand sampler at 5611 North Illinois st., Fairview Hts, Il. 62008. via drive thru. when I got home and started eating and the chicken taste did not have a description, and the meatball in the backed spaghetti taste like dog food, and yes, I would sneak and share my dogs strong-heart food as a child. those are the only two items I tasted. I started feeling nauseated and hot and that's when diarrhea started. after 2 watery movements, I threw up and started getting hotter and weak. I took kaopectate and Nausea meds but it did no good. by midnight I was so sick, I wanted to go to the ER but I have 2 small children, and I couldn't leave them. I had so many watery diarrhea movements that I had to use baby wipes to clean myself and a&d ointment because my rectum was literally raw. I also had a very restless night from getting up and down to use the bathroom, and I had to sleep in an adult diaper (from when I took care of my elderly mother). the next day my daughter had to come over and take care of the kids because I didn't feel strong enough to get out of bed. I was weak and dehydrated. and drinking water caused me to vomit more. None of the employees wore masks or gloves.

Baked Pizza Spaghetti
I ordered a Baked Pizza Spaghetti this evening 10/18/2022 and asked for marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce. I was charged .50 which was surprising, but then when I go home and opened my Baked Pizza Spaghetti there wasn't even enough sauce to cover half of the noodles. Since I live over a 20 minute drive away I did not go back and ate noodles with no sauce. This is the second time I have eaten at Fazoli's in the last few weeks and had an issue with my order. I don't usually complain (last time I just let it go) but I'm tired of paying good money for missing items or half prepared food.

Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo w/penne noodles
I have been eating at Fazoli’s for over 5 years while ordering the exact same thing each time. I came through the drive-thru on Friday July 29th with my specific order and got home to realize there was no chicken or extra sauce with my “ Chicken Alfredo w/penne noodles, extra sauce plus bacon.” Spoke to Rochelle (manager) who apologized and offered to replace my order. Came back to pick up the replacement order on Sunday to find out they messed up the replacement order the exact same as Friday. Spoke with Faydra (manager) who immediately said she would not replace my order and would not give me a refund. I then started recording her and how rude and disrespectful she was as a manager and name calling was very disrespectful and immature. I would like something done with this manager to ensure this never happens to anyone else. I also have the video of her actions that day as a manager for Fazoli’s.
Desired outcome: I would like for upper management to view my video of this Fazoli’s manager and for her to be fired……..

My complaint was marked as resolved but it never got resolved.
My grandmother and I were arguing. I got so upset that I broke her ribs. It is all because of the horrible experience I had at Fozaolis. This is why I want her fired. She made me hurt someone whom I love. She refuses to take responsibility for me hurting my grandmother because of her making me angry. I may have a criminal record thanks to her.
I would also like to add that this incident made me so angry that I took my anger out on my grandmother. I broke her ribs.

I didn't want to go back out again to pick up the mistake sandwich. It was mine so I just had a breadstick with my wings. MOD offered my mistake sandwich + a coupon for a free entree on my next visit. I told MOD I would pick up the following day on the 25th. I asked her to leave a note so there would be no confusion. She said she would. I gave her my name. I went through DT and said I was shorted a parm sandwich last night and the MOD said you would re-make it and give me a coupon for a free entree, on next visit. She started to argue that she had a coupon for me but no sandwich(which I already paid $8.99 +tax for, I have the receipt!) I repeated what the evening MOD told me. She repeated herself too. Then asked if I wanted to use my free coupon on my sandwich THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! I said never mind, never mind, and pulled to the window. A rude MOD opened the window and asked again if I wanted to use this coupon AGAIN! I said never mind. It's fine. It's fine. She handed the coupon to me and I said thank you. She didn't respond.
