White Castle - Disgusting attitude by supervisor / lead during covid-19

On march 13th between 3:02am and 3:25 am. Myself and a relative decided to celebrate a 'quarantined birthday' and arrived to the white castle location 110023 at 3524 n kings highway blvd. St. Louis, mo 63115. Waiting our turn to order behind 5 gentlemen in a ford focus it was decided to make 3 separate orders. When it was our turn to order, the male worker on the intercom was polite and gave his greeting. I replied "yes, i'd like to make 3 separate orders" in response he stated "we are only taking one order per customer at this time". Although i've been to white castle before around that same time due to work schedule, I continued with me order. When I arrived at the window a female worker with glasses&brown shirt took my payment. While window was open I asked "is there any way the no onions order could be in a separate bag?" she replied "it is". I said ok and waited for food. A lighter complexion female worker returned with order and asked if any condiments. Since it was a larger order, I pulled into a parking space to check. Seemingly we were missing a chicken ring order.in a safe location (hopefully on surveillance) I waited until other customers received their order. While a red sudan was at the window the lighter female looked in my direction, at that time (me at a safe distance stated "we're missing a chicken ring" she closed window, appeared to be verifying order and responded "she said its in there".in response I returned to the previous safe distance with the portion of the order that wasn't sliders. A worker with a visor on said "could you bring us the bag?" I walked to the window with bag&receipt and stated "we just need a chicken ring and marinara sauce. It looks like 3 shrimp (orders) instead of two chicken rings order. After confirming my request the lighter female worker took& inspected the bag, the worker with visor inspected the bag, the brown shirt work inspected the bag. Now, all three are conversing with each other of which I couldn't hear. The brown shirt worker digs in the bag (which has been outside) with the same clear gloves she was just handle food with, pulls a box out the bag and says" where you dont see chicken rings?"I looked directly to what appeared to be an order of shrimp bites. I could tell by the red vanes shrimp has. The worker with the brown shirt, holding the box with the same gloves she took the bag from outside with, steps closer to the window and says again" where you don't see chicken rings?"I then looked directly at her. She proceeds to take her finger, push the pieces of shrimp aside and pulls out one chicken ring saying" i'll even pull it out for you".in disbelief of her disregard for cross contamination and threatening demeanor, I stood there. She returned the now ripped bag and walks away. The female worker with the visor then states" thank you ma'am I knew I put it in there". If white castle is going to consider themselves 'essential' the least could be done are safer practices during the covid-19 dilemma. Not only where her actions during this health crisis reckless; so was her unprofessional tone&demeanor. I will follow up with this complaints to all avenues provided. Those type or workers cant honestly be considered 'essential'.
