If a staff member is complaining about a customer... Be sure you put the customer on hold when complaining otherwise the customer can hear your entire conversation. I earn when I don't pay my fees so I don't appreciate the comment of i'm always trying to get out of paying my dues. Or if I have a medical injury and need to place my account on hold because I was unable to work and couldn't afford the fees while trying to walk again and was not able to use the equipment. If an employee feels the need to complain about that then make sure you put the customer on hold. I have been a member for many years and I don't appreciate the assumptions and it really makes me want to take my membership elsewhere.
