Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

My original claim number is CS0818027 with Valvoline that I opened last Friday Dec 15th when a European import shop CONFIRMED AND DOCUMENTED proof showing that the oil change I received from Flowood MS Valvoline was faulty and caused a oil leak in my Volkswagen Jetta TSI 2018. (photos showing the fresh oil everywhere under my hood, and even the Valvoline oil filter gasket double stacked.) The claims departments got me in touch with the area manager Clyde and I met up with him to give him my keys Friday evening so that he could get my Jetta to his shop in Ridgeland MS to inspected it and re do the filter and the oil. Here we are and its Monday Dec 18th at 3pm and I still havent heard a word from the "area manager" except for all he is is a store manager, he has no say so about reimbursing me my $842 for rental fee cost for a rental vehicle I've had to get. NO update on my car. Where is it. Whats the next step. NOTHING! Madison Motor Werkz (the import shop that provided proof this was Valvoline's fault) called me to advise that the area manager never came to get my car... so this area manager has my car keys.. wont answer my calls nor tex, no idea where he is and valvoline claims department is tellling me this same guy is the highest in the chain of command when it comes to this sitaution... make it make sense! THIS IS WRONG AND YOU CANT JUST DO THIS TO PEOPLE!
