I went the Sonics and ordered a bacon toaster meal but when I received it the bread wasn't toasted and the bacon was a half of slice that covered the middle of the bread. I told the manager Tiffany that it wasn't done correctly and she said yes it was. I proceeded to ask for a refund and she kept the original receipt and told me she couldn't give me cash and I would see it back on gift card in 2-3 days. It's approaching a week now and she was very unprofessional in the manner she handled the situation. I went back because I wanted a copy of the original receipt and the receipt where she processed the refund. She had no care in the world when I told her I was going to contact corporate. The customer service is about 4 on a scale of 1-10.

Of course she is unprofessional with you. You are nothing but a beggar trying to get free food. You probably ate the food and lied about how it was. Funny how you did not include the picture of the food.
I am glad that you did not get your refund. Funny how people have no issue eating the food but when it comes to paying for the food then you have an issue. I you have cannot afford your meal make your own, it is a lot cheaper, or visit a soup kitchen.
