1/10 around 1:45 pm at drive thru in Thomasville NC. Me and my son placed an order for 2 combos with specifics mine was correct but his sandwich wasn’t and of course didn’t realize it until he started eating it. By this time I already gone with car. So he call Sonic and spoke with Denise and explained and she said she would make it right to come back and ask for her so he let her know it would be me(his mom) returning back later to get sandwich. Well when I returned she had already gone for the day so I spoke with manager which I don’t know her name because she never said. So she called Denise and of course it was a whole different story saying she made sandwich correctly and she made it herself blah blah. She asked for receipt and I didn’t have it since I ate my food in my car I threw the bag and receipt away. So she went on and on line I was lying about the sandwich. I was very offended by the way she acted and I will never ever go back to that Sonic again. She did fix the sandwich of course after I spoke to her after situation professionally and as a consumer. She need some Customer Service training and some people skills.
Desired outcome: I don’t need an outcome just address the staff. I’m never going back as I said previously and that stands!
Charges on two cards at sonic online for One meal
I used my Cash App Visa ending 6064, I found the same meal was also debited from my checking account debit card ending 5074 also. Which caused $40 in overdrafts to my account. Attached are three screenshots. This purchase was made the week before Christmas but isn't showing at my purchase history - my account - sonic app. Notice dates on all screenshots. I was at sonic once in December. This is it. Re: screenshots - lower Left corner is transaction at my checking account ending 3276 with debit card 5074. Lower right - Cash App Visa ending 6064 was used charged, here's proof but you won't find that card list as pymt method on my acct. Because I deleted it after transactions with $1.56 balance. 12/28/22 @ 5pm I ordered a #3 only mayo, cheese and onion. The order had no onion, so much mayo it was seeping out of the sides and the bacon was burnt black. It was inedible. Ordered a #1 add bacon, only mayo, lettuce and pickle. Burger had ketchup, onion and the bacon was burnt black. Also inedible. The tater tots were undercooked and cold. I want my $20.21 back. I will never return to this sonic again.

Wife worked 8 1/2 hours goes to SONIC in ALAMO, TN at 10:35 pm SATURDAY night, SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 11PM...orders LARGE DOUBLE CHILI CHEESEBURGER... WOMAN SAYS " THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MORE LARGE PATTY'S AND ONLY HAVE ONE SMALL PATTY"! A LIE? OR TOO DAMN LAZY TO SERVE A CUSTOMER...AN "EX-CUSTOMER! On 12/08/2022 i placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up about 05:25 PM. I checked in on the app, on my phone and it said that there was an error. no biggie, this has happened before. After trying to check in on the app again and getting another error, i pushed the button and waited for someone to answer. They were a little busy, naturally i didnt expect them to answer right away. i sat there for maybe 3-4 mins waiting, i looked over and the button wasnt blinking/flashing anymore, so i pushed it again. it flashed for maybe 30 secs and no one answered. so i attempted to check in on the app again and got error again. i pushed the button once more it flashed for a few seconds and stopped. I was under the impression that maybe the speaker was messed up, (given that there is paper on the screen stating that the screen doesnt work but you can still push the button to order or check in.)
I called the store since the app wasnt responding and since i wasnt getting anyone on the speaker. Whom ever answer the phone, im guess the manager, a name was never said.
she answered and i started to explain to her what was going on and why i was calling. immediately she cut me off when all i had said was "i had an online order". She aggressively asked what stall i was at and my name. i told her several times due to she apparently couldnt hear me.
Not long after the carhop is bringing my order. everything is fine, shes nice and doing what she is suppose to do. and then as she is handing me the straws she says "when the app doesnt work, just push the button next time instead of calling the store. The app literally tells you to do that".
i said "excuse me? but not that it is relevant anymore, but whomever answered the phone had let me say more than 5 words before cutting me off they would know that i had done everything you had just told me to do multiple times. i wasnt complaining about sitting out here for 10 mins? nor being lazy bc the app wasnt working properly."
She turned and walked back inside.
what i had ordered, i didnt even eat. I was upset with how the person on the phone spoke and how the carhop attempted to make me feel stupid.
a similar situation has happened earlier in the day, and they were completely understanding and it wasnt an inconvenience. But this night it was a problem.

On 12/09/2022 i placed a mobile order, again. i put the order in about 07:45PM but i made the pick up time for 08:15PM. (giving them 30 mins just incase they were busy again. i didnt want any kind of issues or confrontation. I just needed something to eat and with having Lupus, shockingly its difficult for me to cook-even something small. (painful)
i got there at 08:16PM. checked in on my phone and it checked me in no problem. I got my order about 08:35, that was odd to me. The carhop was blunt, no nice tone in her voice, and rushing me to grab everything. saying you had a call in, heres your straws, want your receipt? Told her no thank you. and she quickly said k bye and turned to go inside. at the moment i wasnt sure if i was more confused or upset bc of the amount of disrespect ive gotten from the same place in 2 days.
I got home opened the bag and the burger is half-way unwrapped in the bottom of the bag, napkins/condiments thrown in the bag, the popcorn chicken and the tots werent in the containers/boxes- and the containers/boxes looked as if they were just thrown in the bag upside down.
the chicken was old and i couldnt eat it. it was to tough. the tots were fine but i didnt eat those bc idk if they dropped the bag on the floor or actually threw everything in the bag. The quarter pound Dbl cheese burger, i checked it and it didnt have beef on it. it had sausage on it. Breakfast sausage.
so with everything thrown in the bag how it was and the burger having the incorrect meat on it, i threw it in the trash. i kept my drink and the ice cream went in the freezer, which ive been skeptical about eating and drinking those.
I did not call the store, mainly bc i know nothing is going to be done to "fix" the situation or the childish behaviors not only from a teenager but the manager as well. allowing and giving an employee the okay to act that way doesnt seem to Professional. sonic has always been my go-to place in this town, bc they are always so nice and respectful. but the last two days idk whats going on but thats mind-blowing.
in 2 days i have been talked to like im stupid and like a two year old. Spent close to $40 on food that didnt get ate, and now i will constantly worry if someone is doing something to my food or worse, my kids food!
Desired outcome: i just wanted to get something quick for supper bc of the amount of pain ive been dealing with. and respect.

I just want to start off by saying that every time I order from this location there is always something with my order that is not correct. Always. I only continue to go to this location because it is close to our home and convenient otherwise, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Tonight, I ordered two sonic cheeseburgers with only mustard and add bacon. I get up to the window to pay and I was gifted a gift card and for some reason the cashier said that I can't pay with a gift card, so I accept it and pay with my debit. I personally feel like the girl working the register just was not educated on how to apply a gift card to the balance. When I get home and open my food the order is wrong! Also, no bacon on my burgers. I seriously hope they can eventually get employees that can pay attention to customer order detail because otherwise what is the point of paying these employees. If this were to have happen a couple of time, I can understand that, but this happens every time at this location. I as a customer will not continue to support a local business that does not have the customers best interests at heart, nor will I continue to pay for extra condiments that I do not receive on my order. This is very frustrating especially when trying to feed a busy family and it just gets all messed up!

My husband and my self went to Sonic for the special burger/chicken fries/and gift certificate for a Christmas gift if there was some way I could return the gift certificate without a purchase I would . We ordered our food and waited it said in kitchen so we waited then on the side of us two cars pulled up one on each side of our car well each of these cars received there order before us and they finished their food, and to top it all off the food we received was mildly warm my husband said we should complain I said never mind we waited long enough. Chili Cheese Tots overcharge
I am pissed! went to sonic because they were advertising chili cheese tots for 99 cents. Ordered several other things and did not notice the receipt till i returned home. They charged me $4.29 for chili cheese tots, so i called and lady said come back. Told her i am 82 and can't drive after dark. But i could come tomorrow. SONIC advertises 1/2 price drinks at over 3500 locations when using their mobile app. The app does not exclude milkshakes but SONIC will not honor the discount. Local drive-in employees and corporate telephone customer service said milkshakes are included and promised a refund. No refund has been issued and now I'm told milkshakes are excluded. This is FRAUD. Also to use the app you must create an account with contact information. SONIC can/will sell this information unless requested to opt out. The procedure to opt out is unnecessarily and deliberately difficult. SONIC is misleading and scamming customers.
Desired outcome: Honor the advertised discount and simplify the opt out option.
HR complaint
I feel that someone needs to be aware of this but I recently quit working at the Sonic in Youngsville because I had a friend who reported a person named Robert who was working at that store and training for making sexual comments to her. He did it towards multiple people and they all wrote statements explaining the inappropriate things that he was asking and saying. He asked a person if she wanted him to buy her beer and he even went as far as to show her his hotel where he was staying. Another person that I know was getting ice and he made a very nasty sexual comment to her. There was a third person working ice cream and he made comments to her. I know they all 3 wrote statements and gave it to the GM yet the GM did nothing about it because when he left and quit working at the store we all thought it was because it was being looked into but then we found out the other day that he actually still works for Sonic in Baton Rouge which is just messed up. Can't believe Sonic allows high ranking managers to do sexual harassment with employees especially one that's under 18 and nothing gets done about it. I'm reporting this and hopes that someone will look into it but I'm also going to post it on social media because I don't think sonic will do anything. Personally I cant believe the manager would cover this up and do nothing about it.

In the last two months, I have driven off without being offered service several times after having waiting more than 15 minutes.
Today, I finally got service and I was shocked when I received two mini-sandwiches about the size for a toddler! The small order of Chees Tots included 6 tater tots and container was half the size it used to be!
This is my last trip and I'll do my best to get the word out to other potential customers.
They should close the doors instead of believing that we're stupid and wouldn't notice the difference!
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to purchase adult size portions, just like we did before.I was ripped off and still hungry!

This incident happened on Sat. Oct. 29th around 6pm at the Sonic in Hayward on Mission Blvd.
I ordered the chicken club toaster club combo sandwich asking that the lettuce be omitted. What I received was incorrect. The lettuce was omitted but also was the chicken. I only received a sandwich with bacon, tomatoes and mayo but no CHICKEN! How do you forget to put the meat on the sandwich?
I don't understand how this could of happened. The drive-thru was not crowded and the whole place had less than 10 cars in the parking lot.

Served rotten lettuce on dried out chicken
October 22 2022 shortly before 1:30 in the afternoon, I placed an order at the York, SC location for a Med Chicken Sandwich combo and kid's chicken tenders meal.
When I got home, I removed the top bun from the sandwich and was at first confused because I thought that there was guacamole on my sandwich.
My confusion quickly turned to horror and disgust, when I realized that it wasn't actually guacamole at all, but lettuce so rotten that it was trying to masquerade as gauc!
The chicken tenders (not an accurate name for them at all) were so dry and tough, my kid could barely chew them and everything else tasted of old grease.
Never going back here. Almost 20.00 with a tip and this is what they feed their customers. I feel sick.

Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito

I ordered what I used to call the best breakfast burrito of any fast food restaurant, the Super Sonic Breakfast burrito.
I took it home to eat it. It was the worst breakfast burrito I have ever had at a sonic. It had no cheese, 2 tater tots, about 5 jalapeño slices, and some onions sprinkled in. You need to train your people better or stop selling this product. I will not be buying this item from this lication again. I was robbed of $4.79 + tax.

As just another worker, feeling expendable, I have reported several discriminatory acts posed against me and other employees by Joel "assistant Manager".

Monday night at 7:30 pm. Went to sonic. Ordered 4 quarterpound cheesburgers,3 milkshakes ,asked for milkshakes to be thick and in a cup holder. The entire time the young man was mocking the way I talked. They brought drinks with out cup holder. Shakes were not much thicker than water. Got home,all burgers were burned and had a sour taste to them. We were all throwing up sever hours after a couple of bites of these nasty burgers.
Desired outcome: Refund,young man disciplined for his disrespect. Will never go to this Sonic again. 22.00 dollars and some change for rotten food and a horrible night of 3 people in one bath all vomiting.
