I stayed with Ramada in Butte, Montana last week August 11,12,13, paid through 3rd party hotel app. While being checked in for Friday night,I was charged $50 incidental fee, while being checked in for Saturday and Sunday, I was charged another $50 fee, and on Saturday the hotel charged me $189.11 for reasons unknown, since rooms already paid for. Since then I have just been given the runaround checking on status of fee returns and no progress has been made with the staff at hotel.
Desired outcome: Return of incidental fees and $189.11 charges for unknown reasons and compensation for my patience
Ramada - Hotel room
On June 30th, checked in at the Ramada in Butte, Mt. Did not ask if we had any discount cards such as AARP. Sink in room was dirty. There was a dog in the reservation area, along with little children in the office. The rugs were not vacuumed for a few days as there was food on the floors. I think I was overcharged for the room, as I think we should have had a discount for AARP, along with staying for 4 nights. Language of some of the employees was not spoken in English. There was a 5th wheel that was parked on the side of the facility that should not have been there. My curtain on the window was broken and hanging half off. I would never recommend this facility to anyone I know.
Desired outcome: I feel that I should get a 10% discount on my bill for having AARP.
