I arrived at your Butner NC warehouse at 7:00 on 3/15/23 to get your load of Tampons unloaded. My appointment time is 7:30. They will not let any trucks park on the premises although there is about 20 parking spaces just for trucks! I could understand if it was 2 or 3 hours before my appointment but not 30 minutes! I average spending $200 a week at my local Food Lion but never again! I will drive the extra 30 minutes and shop at Kroger or Walmart! Your local store in Keysville Virginia is overpriced and poor quality! I will never take another load to this warehouse! I don’t understand the mentality of a warehouse that is so disgusted by trucks that they can’t even let them sit for 30 minutes. When you no longer can get your garbage products hauled you might rethink your policies! My detention time will start as soon as the 2 hour deadline hits 9:30. Get it together or start paying, my time is valuable too!
Desired outcome: I want a reply and this issue addressed at your warehouse!!
