When we pulled up to take out order the lady put us on hold for 15 minutes and then her friends start talking to her in the back so do you she made us wait another 15 minutes and then when we got to the window to pay for our order they didn’t have it correct And the lady act like we weren’t sitting there wait for to take our cash so we can get our food She talked with her friends for like 20 minutes before she even opened the window up and my kids were hungry waiting for their meal And the lady that was supposed to be taking the money the manager was talking to her while we was waiting I am displeased I am dissatisfied and I am disappointing no one should have to wait a long period of time like this for someone to get there money so they can get their food I am very disgusted with this if your employees cannot give quality service they don’t need to work. I need to work somewhere else if they want to keep a conversation going why are they supposed to be taking orders They need to go home so they can chat all day on the phone like they want Because it is obvious and apparent that they don’t want their job or they would be doing their job correct and right this happen 08/04/2023 10:17 pm
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and a apology this very unprofessional and unacceptable
