My name is Randy Dingle, On Saturday August 12, around 4:00 P.M., I went to the Fayetteville Airport in North Carolina to pick up my car which had already been reserved for me. When I got there my name was already on the board for pick up and what time I was coming in.
I have never had a problem with renting from Budget until now...The worker name was ANTHONY...a very very rude person. I am a fast track customer who believe in just getting my automobile and going. That the reason I join Fast Track it was quick and easy. I do not like a whole lot of confusion, and this clerk Anthony was just that. He refuse to release the automobile I had reserve. My confirmation number for this transaction was 36345641US3. He was very disrespectful to a Disable America Veteran.
After going back and fourth he then turn around and swipe my card more than once, which in turn, made Navy Federal think that someone else was using my card. Due to the fact that so many people are being scam now, especially for the amount he was trying to take out. Anthony is very disrespectful. I know your that your company will not condone or tolerate this kind of abuse to their customers.
My money that was being held for the deposit, has not been refunded back into my account.

Desired outcome: Mr. Anthony need to be let go/ terminated of his duties with Budget Rental. We the customers and you the owners deserved better.
