Food Lion - Customer service money order purchase

On April 20th 2023 I went in foodlion to purchase a money order like I always do on 3300 Rosehill Rd Fayetteville NC. The customer service manager named Twaina I'm not sure if its spelled correctly but she came off with an attitude from the start. I was already waiting about 5-10 minutes to get service. Ms Twaina then approached me very rudely with an attitude and ask what do I need ND I replied I need to purchase a money order of $360 to pay my rent she then asked me am I paying cash or card I then tell her card she then asked if I am using a pin number card ND I replied yes. Then she rang me up and I inserted my chip card and entered my pin number and it said approved and the receipt was printed out she then observed the receipt and said sir I am going to have to refund u and charge u again because the receipt displayed mastercard and she said that means it's ran as credit I then told her ma'am I do not have extra money on my card to get refunded and purchase again because. Refund takes 3-5 business days to process and I said you ask me am I using a pin number card which I did and she still refused to give me the money order that I paid for and she said I have to swipe my card and get refunded I then called my card company to see if the funds had been taken off and my card company then put my card on suspension to do some additional verification with the transaction I then informed Ms tawaina that my card will no longer accept the refund at the moment because of its current status and Ms tawaina still refused to give me the money order I payed for by entering a pin number which she stated that the transaction went thru as credit for some reason and I told her that's not my problem all I kno is the transaction got approved... I need help on how to get my $360 back from foodlion western union they clearly robbed me and would not give me my money order nor have I gotten my refund due to my card status

Desired outcome: Ms tawaina could have easily printed my money order and informed me that next time you have to make sure your card is ran as pin based debit and not credit because I wants confused because I entered a pin number like she stated
