Sally Beauty Supply - customer service

On Monday, January 20, 2019 around 545pm, I entered into the local Sally's. I was on the hunt for 3 Different items. When I first opened the door someone yelled "welcome to Sally's". And that was only because of the door alarming them that someone walked in. I then make my way to the gel aisle and there was a very large African American woman (employee) with a shopping cart putting away items. Not only was she in my way, but she never greeted me. I continued to attempt to look for the product and she acted as if she didn't even see me. Any person that works in the retail business can tell when a customer is looking for something. I mean it's quite obvious when u are good at providing great customer service. She never once asked me if I needed any help. Just continued to put away items. At one point she makes eye contact with me and still doesn't say a thing! Then the other employee who was there walked past me and actually had the nerve to say "excuse me" but never greeted me or ask if I needed any help! So once the large lady finally moved out my way, I found one of the items I was looking for. By this time I was so frustrated I decided to get the one item and leave. Once I go to the register, here comes the large lady again. Here was her chance to "close the sale". As in greet, ask me if I found everything I was looking for, you know, the basic retail customer service. I got nothing. Only thing she said was "do you have a rewards card". So at that moment, I decided I was not making my purchase and spending my hard earned money in a place like this. So I told her "nevermind" and walked out. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please make sure these 2 associates are retrained on customer service because clearly they suck at it and I will be telling all of my family and friends not to support a place like this.

you just had to get your point across by saying "large lady" and African American huh? what color was the lady that said "excuse me" ?
