while driving through our local Hendersonville NC McDonalds on 7/23/2024 afternoon., To which i was the passenger in the car my husband ordered a vanilla ice cream cone for me. while getting to the window to get the cone the employee who first pushed her hair back & took the cone from an employee with her fingers ...holding the cone by the top...touching the cone with her fingers, handed it to my husband. Im sorry i said " Were you holding my cone with your fingers?" She said what did you say, i repeated what Isaid. And she said NO with attitude. i know it was just a cone , but hold with a napkin or put on a glove. To me it was disgusting. And she bold faced lied. I'm not sure why this has upset me like it has. I just wanted to point it out.
Desired outcome: Not wanting anything but maybe a upper manager to come observe food handling procedures at this establishment. Maybe SaniServe needs to get involved.

I believe you, because I saw something similar. The woman wanted to check the temperature of the coffee, so she stirred the coffee with her finger to check the temperature before handing it to the customer.
