I work for the company, and we have a horrible managment team. The GM does not handle the team members that are late or does no call no show. He only takes notes he said, he has been there a year. I have seen severall staff do no call no show and show up to their next shift like nothing has happened. The staff run the managers. They are always on their phones, the work where they want to, not where they are told too. I was a manager in training, my two weeks notice is in effect as of last Sunday. they do not rotate old food, they sale and mix it with the new food. For instance the Cajun Pintos. if they are there at 2, from 11 am they get mixed with the dinner Pintos that are cooked, they never was the pans they transfer new food into old dirty pans. The old GM T.d. is still having exual relations with one of our managment team. We have managers that punch the clock and hide in the store and do not work, and he GM does the same thing. The safe code was given to an ex employee who is currently dating a shift runner. they make sure day shift has at least 7 or more people, but night shift is sometimes eran with only 3 to5 people. As I came aboard I tried to have a heavy hand, but was told I was being over bearing these are children that need to adjust. I was not told thier adjustment would be being lazy and not listening. I have worked for BO jangles years ago, and I love the job amd my customers not the crew or managment.
Desired outcome: store needs to be closed and cleaned up.
