I was at a pharmacy window my drugs were pulled, I had over the counter items.
I needed them to run a coupon for me & my dad. The next thing I knew, I was told it could be done (this is after 7 minutes of working with me) after lunch. I was not sure what she was talking about until my dad and I realized the gates were closing because they close for lunch at 1:30 and would not finish with me until 2pm! Are you kidding me I have health issues my dad is 78 we were working with them for 7 minutes RX all pulled and we have to come back? Or wait 30 minutes. Are you kidding me, never in my adult life of 60 yrs old have I ever seen such horrible care? Had I just walked up that is one thing but I was there prior all my stuff pulled? When I told several of my friends today, they too have had these experiences and moved away from CVS. If this is what you are training your staff to do, shame on you
CVS - Double charge
I took a travel covid test April 20, 2021 and was charged $39 at tome of swab with a lab processing fee of $100 to later be charged once processed. When processed I was charge $139.00. I filed a complaint with CVS and was told I would recieve a refund of the additional $39 that was taken out of my account. It has since been 9 months and I have yet to recieve a refund. Desired outcome: $39.00 refunded
