Hello,
I would like to start off my saying I love what I do for a living.. I have been working at ruby tuesdays for a little while and within the time I have been employed by this company I have seen some rather crazy and unbelievable things like employees shooting outside the restaurant while customers are eating in restaurants . not even two days later police came to haul off one of the cooks in the middle of a shift.. The bartender yelling to the cook the (POLICE ARE HERE) the managers are either in on what's going on with their employees cause the moment you say anything about the dysfunctional mess that's going on they either give you attitude or they talk about you with the other employees I have witness this many of times. Sexual harassment has taking place .. There this a lack of respect responibility, lack of care of employees, over work the ones that will work and give I high fives great jobs for the ones that sit around and watch the other employees work mean while the managers are either lost or just don't care care they are taking up space on the bar watching the hard working employees work talking trash to the lazy employees watching the other employees work hard.. There is no justice for the hard workers here we are just way too over looked.. Im hoping something will change its got to.. Great money, and customers just bad management and needs new staff just a bunch of bad apples.. I pray you would care enough too change your company ...
