Manager name was BJ to start with everything was a disaster steaks were sent back twice first time u couldnt chew them they were so grisly second time they came out well done instead of medium the manager was rude and refused to take them off so we paid over $30 for something we didn't even eat it was the worst exp ever we will never go back there and will request no one eat there neither

We were denied use of our coupon code (BLHYGU4KU2) WHY? I took the survey and received a coupon validation code and was denied use of it. If this is too short for checking out then I see why you are not making a profit. It would seem you don't care about the small guest just the BIG GUYS. The general manager Paul at the location on Victory Blvd was very rude and disrespectful. I entered the establishment at 2:50 and advised the waitress that i wanted the lunch special that did not end until 3:00. The waitress stated she had other orders to put in which means she wouldn't be able to put my order in until after 3.. I asked for a manager and Paul come out with a very rude demeanor he stated well the order was put in after 3 and there was nothing he could do. When my food arrived the steak was burnt and the broccoli was cold. I asked for the manager again and out came Paul who never apologised he stated he can have it remade but it may take a moment.. At this point I advised him to cancel the order I know longer wanted the food because of his service.

I was on my lunch break and entered ruby tuesday at 2:45 we were seated at about 2:47 it was 3 of us and when we tried to order from the lunch menu we were told we couldnt the server told us she had to get the other table first we ordered appetizers and one person ordered her meal the general manager paul came out and was so rude and he stopped her order she placed which was crazy and he just kept coming back to our table being sarcastic when we asked for corporate number when her meal came out after she had to reorder it everything was all wrong and her steak look like it was burnt in a fire i really dont appreciate the service we received because i spend too much money with this establishment to be treated like this and as a manager he shouldnt be talking to customers like this i am going to post on social media about this particular ruby tuesday on victory blvd in portsmouth, va and i will never visit that place again my number is [protected] and my email is [protected]@gmail.Com for any further questions regarding this matter

On November 8th 2018, my family had come to help out with the hurricane clean up and was never greeted. We were very tired from our journey and ended up walking back to our hotel and ordering pizza. I was very disappointed and cant believe how much this restaurant has changed since our last visit. We really had our heart set on having the salad bar with ribs. I think that I will just eat at our local Ruby Tuesday from now on. Has this store had a change in management?
queso and chip
Usually eat at Ruby's at least once a month, However it has been several months due to health issue. I was shocked when I ordered my favorite item and found out they changed the Queso and chips. It was the best ever, However ever the new recipe is terrible. To bland and cheesy. I will never return with this change since they were the favorite part of my meal. Thanks for listening
dangerous for customers
Stopped to have dinner. While I am eating a young man starts a verbal altercation with one of the employee over a drug deal that went bad. The employee and this young man stand up in the bar area and start screaming obscenities at one another. This leads to a physical confrontation between the young man and one of the employees. The manager on duty, witnessed who witnessed the incident, didn't step in so all of the bar area patrons left the restaurant. After about 10 minutes of chaos, I told the young man that he needed to leave. He began threatening me with physical harm. He then spit on me. The manager who witnessed all of this behavior still did not step in. I had to call 911 to get help. When the police arrived the management did not identify the young man who was obviously a friend of the staff. This may have been the one of the most dangerous experiences that I ever witnessed in a restaurant. Ruby Tuesday and the management of this restaurant should be investigated over this incident and held accountable for their lack of action in providing a safe environment for there patrons. They should also implement a drug screening for all employees as this episode was certainly drug related. It is inconceivable that Ruby Tuesdays would allow this type of behavior to endanger the customers.
You caused danger to yourself by not minding your own business. You are not the manager of the restaurant and have no right telling the other person to leave. You deserved to be threatened and spit at. If you can start problems with your big mouth by not minding your own business you had it coming to you. If you cannot take what you dish do not dish it. Why should the manager risk his life and safety because you started something that you cannot finish. You started the fight with the other man and you should be man enough to finish it. Maybe you need to be held accountable for your own action. Had you minded your own business you would not have been threatened or spit at. You made things worse by opening up your big mouth and you deserve whatever happened to you. The employee and man were acting like idiots because of drugs. What is your excuse?

Need to talk to area director regarding poor manager/waitress/cleanliness cannot ever reach corporate seems this is everyones complaint that you do not respond to complaints.If this complaint is not resolved in seven to ten days you will leave me no choice but to address on all social media which will affect your name and or sales for this and other units! this needs to be addressed.

Waited forever for soup!
Ordered my dinner, and after a long, long time, was told my side order, a sweet potato, was not available. I asked for a baked potato! Not available! I ordered Mac and Cheese. Bingo!
When my meal arrived, and it took forever, guess what was there? A sweet potato. I then had to ask three times for silverware?
Lastly, my rib eye was loaded with grizzle and fat. My waitress was nonplused when I pointed this out to her!
Look! I could continue! Suffice it to say, I had a terrible experience. I should not have to pay. And, I arrived at 9! I'm writing this at 10:42. That's how long I've been here. Just a terrible experience!

Last night my husband and I went to the local Ruby Tuesday for a special meal to celebrate some big jobs finished at our home. (Calhoun, GA 30701) I order Chicken Fresco a lot of the time and my husband normally gets ribs or steak. this time he decided to have the same as me. We had our salad (house for me, bar for him) then the meal was brought after about 20 minutes of waiting with no explanation. That would have worked but the food was terrible. I mentioned to our server, Ariann K, # 1334, that it looked like too much Dale sauce or something, very dark and meat was strong flavored. I could barely see or taste the nice lemon butter that makes it so good. She said she checked with GM and he said they don't cook ahead of time so not to waste food? Don't' know what that matters...he didn't come to table or offer another selection, no discounts, etc. I didn't take the half I didn't eat and glad I didn't. I was up during night with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. This bill for $50.66 was wasted money and I would like to have that money back, at least part of it. You are running the most obnoxious commercial I've ever heard. That SNL woman is shrill and I can't even understand what she is saying. She is ugly, too! Very ugly! And not the least bit funny. I usually mute my TV when she is on. Surely, you can do better than this. I have no idea what she is promoting. A piano, maybe? Even extreme makeup makes her look garish. She looks drunk. Maybe you are promoting drinking? Please, do everyone a favor and yank this commercial! This might appeal to five year olds, but it is an insult to my intelligence.

I can see the Ruby Tuesday logos so I know it is their commercial. What I cannot tell is what she is singing or saying. It is totally unintelligible. RT has wasted a lot of my time and their money on a commercial that is unable of conveying a message. That ad agency should be fired. And while you're at it, I know the actress came from Saturday Night Live, but, her speech impediment should lead Ruby Tuesday to search for a spokesman who can actually speak. This commercial is in HEAVY rotation and is annoying and does not seem to advertise anything effectively

I am a professional Black man with a wonderful family. We went to Ruby Tuesday, last Sat and my son was wearing his Trump "make America great" shirt. Trump is the President of the US and YES we support him. The hostess said they dont have seats, we counted 8 tables empty and available! She said to the other hostess - "do you see that kid with the Trump shirt, the parents are crazy" I wish my wife got it on camera, we would sue! If an Obama supporter came in with a shirt or something supporting President Obama now, or under his time in office, this would be a National disgrace and make the News everywhere! Trump is PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES and NO ONE should be treated like this! We were made to feel that my son was wearing a nazi shirt - this is CRAZY and insane! SHAME ON YOU Ruby Tuesday! disappointing dinner
We visited the Cherrydale (Greenville, SC) location and were very disappointed. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was well done. My husband ordered Bourbon Salmon with zucchini and broccoli. He literally got 4 pieces of broccoli and a very small portion of zuchinni and his salmon was drenched in sauce. He complained to the manager and she argued that the reason it "looked" smaller was because the meal was "served on a bigger plate". They did bring him more broccoli but sadly it was still crunchy not fully cooked. My daughter ordered the New Orleans seafood. The fish was extremely salty and her Caesar salad had so much dressing on it she almost couldnt eat it. But the worst part was the wait. We waited at least 45 minutes for our entries! For our meal to cost more than $60 ($70.28 with the tip bc we felt none of this was the waitress fault), we are highly dissatisfied.

We arrived at the Ruby Tuesday in Easton, MD, at 6:30pm. We were promptly seated and knew what we wanted so we ordered within 2-3 minutes. We waited over 1 hour to receive our food. We had to box up our food to take home as we did not have any time sit and eat it. Having worked in the food industry, it should not take over 1 hour to cook, prep, and get food to the service floor and too the customer. I am very very disappointed and will not be coming back any time soon.

Hello I visited your Limestone Rd location and it was the worst dry dark and most dreadful environment I went with my family to celebrate my twins birthday there burger were very burnt and the most alarming thing was the salad bar I purchase the deal buy the salad bar and get and entree for 3 bucks as I was making my salad I noticed something from the top fail in to my plate so I bent down and looked up to see the top of the salad bar was filled with condensation and drops were continually dropping into the food I brought it to the waitress attention and she acknowledged I told her that I did not want the salad bar any longer and that it wasn't safe to eat it was contaminated she got the manager and she said it's always like that and refunded my money I think the salad bar is unfit for service and needs repairs I think the board of health would agree I have pictures and can provide via email the pictures would not upload on this site
just about the whole experience
Below is my yelp review, I didn't feel like rewriting it. The ruby Tuesday near me closed about 1.5 years ago and i was disappointed but not surprised. Going today just made me sad because this store seems to be going in the same direction. I served for years and was a marketing manager for a large chain. Today's experience was so bad we had to laugh about because it was unreal how awful it was -all levels of service, the host the server and the manager, plus the complete lack of pride regarding the presentation of the salad bar. Anyways, my yelp review is below.
I havent been been to ruby tuesdays for awhile so i was excited to have the day off and be able to do lunch with my best friend. We got there about 220pm and was informed there was a 20 min wait, which confused me since the resturant was less than half full, but ok. It took 5 minutes to place our drink order, and we ordered then too- just soup and salad. The salad bar looked so defeated. I have included pix of some of the missing/empty items but out of their nine salad dressing only 2 were full, the rest had scraps. I noticed a man in a chef coat and asked if he was the manager, he said yes so i told him, im not the professional but i think it may need some restocking. A lady overheard me and added she had asked 20 mins ago. The manager was not very nice nor did he seem to care much until i stood next to him to take some pix (early Xmas present 4 corporate). At that point things started to happen. I expected our broccoli n cheese would be out by the time we finished our salad, but i was wrong. After 40 mins, im not kidding or exaggerating, i used the time stamped salad buffet pix to gage time. The server, Aggie, told us they ran out of broccoli n cheese and had to make more but the manager would take the soup off for the wait. After 20 more minutes we got our soups, paid our bill in full-with soup. On the way out a lady was standing at the end of the buffet with her beautiful salad looking confused as to why there was no dressings but still just two available. I told her they were rationing dressing today she laughed and replied "clearly." Two stars because what was on the buffet rocked otherwise one star would been overly kind.

I've been going to ruby Tuesdays for years. The issue is not the location it's one item on your menu. You used to have fire wings and you took them off the menu. They still made them for me even after they were tooken off the menu and they were good. Keep in mind I enjoy and my wife and I always sit in the bar area and eat and relax. Now today we went in and I asked for my drink and the fire wings but guess there just called chicken wings now. The came, barely any hot sauce she gave me a extra cup I didn't see the big deal until I tasted the wings they aren't the same I should have asked for extra crispy but really the biggest turn off was the hot sauce you guys changed the taste of it. I didn't care for it. I feel as if enough changes have been made with your organization you couldn't just leave the fire wings alone? Just take out your bar and make it all just a family restaurant. This kinda really urked me! I guess I will pick another restaurant maybe we will start just going to Buffalo Wild Wings for the afternoons my wife and I want to go somewhere that you can drink a few and eat good food. Sometimes some things should be just left alone.

We have always gone weekly to get the ribs. Pass 3 times they where awful. First time, we ask for dry rub and when we got them nothing on them. And the next two times, you couldn't even pull them off the bone. We told them they took them back came back 15 minutes later. Was still the same.we have been going there for the past two years and it was always good. Change with manager, maybe why. Very disappointed . Ribs was why we went . Used to be the best in town.
