My son, who was a regular customer of GameStop has been trying for over a year to get back money that was stolen from him at a GameStop in Monroe North Carolina. He has been given the run around for almost a year. He went through all the hoops that were required of him, filed a police report, got an investigator and has talked with so many managers from the store and other stores in the area and he still has not had anyone help him. The district manager was contacted, I here he is now the regional manager and we are told, "we have not heard anything yet!" Poor customer service at Game Stop. After reading all of the other reviews, I will never step foot in another one of these stores again. Will Blackwell is the District manager/Regional manager. This is just unacceptable for a store to be able to do this, this was $340, and it was his money.
Desired outcome: To make sure that employees are held accountable
