Very unpleased that I have wasted 3 days, three separate weeks, and no repairman has shown to review my microwave failure. As well, the individual scheduling the repair work was extremely rude and condescending.
I finally bought the microwave myself and am having it installed. I will be cancelling my contract with Sears Home Warranty service.
The phone number for Customer Service [protected] is a foreign call center who can't escalate my call to a Supervisor either.
Desired outcome: Money paid for the required upfront payment of the service visit. I would like to be reimbursed for the microwave I had to purchase also.
