Baymont Inn & Suites - all around experience I want a refund they refused to give me one

To start with the pool has been supposidly down and out for renovations for 4 years thats not ok and completley crazy 2nd being charged for a companion animal/ service dog was complete crap too legally that cannot be charged for and i got charged over 30 dollars for my service dog very upset about that 3rd the ice machines are broken or out of ice and the vending machines are empty the hotel was all around run down and not worth 90+ a night the breakfast was no where close to what they said was there when i called all they had out was bread bagels and coffee and rotten milk and watered down juice that was so sour u couldnt drink it on top of all this the sink in my room leaked the shower had no water pressure and leaked the fan in the bathroom doesnt work the air conditioning barely worked kept shutting off and not wanting to stay on ALSO SOMEONE WAS SMOKING WEED ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND IT WAS MAKING ME VERY SICK NOBODY CARED OR DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT i was very unhappy with my stay we will not be coming back and i am and will be demanding a full refund i talked to the front desk about issues and they didnt care or do anything about them
