So disappointment,
The Sale Person ordered the wrong color and a manually reclining Sofa, I want the same color in the Showcase and the Power Reclining sofa and I took pictures of the color of the Sofa was Abruzzo Brown in the Showcase at the Pineville NC Store.
The delivery came on time, he took the furniture out on the lawn. I noticed the color was Dark Chocolate color, I stated to the Delivery Guy "that it is the wrong color, he explain to me it the lighting in my house and outside, I told him"No I'm not color BLIND", I show him the picture and compare colors in my cell phone, but the invoice had Brown. I also ask him about was it a Power electric reclining sofa, he said no it manual and show me the Handle and pull it, an a screw pop out! I was like o.m. g and it's going to fall Apart!
So we called the manager in the store," I explain to him, I requested the color in the showcase the Abruzzo Brown Electric Reclining Sofa, He claimed it was the lighting in my house..."I was like no, no again I'm not Color Blind, this is a Dark Chocolate and no this color is not going to get lighter and this is not a Power Reclining Sofa and I have pictures from the Showcase and the Salesperson keyed this in wrong!, he claim they didn't have that color anymore, I could come in and order something else. and he advise the Delivery guy to take the furniture."
The Delivery Guy called his manager and refuse to take it and leaves the furniture, until I get my new furniture, so now I been waiting a total of 6 months.
"Everyone is asking me, did they give me a credit, refund or something? NO! NO! they didn't offer me nothing but to Exchange and then overcharge me and waiting another 3 Months, while everybody else got paid!
