Zips Car Wash - Car wash @ Brier Creek, Raleigh NC - broke mirror

I went for a Car Wash on Saturday (08/03/2022 @ 4:00 PM) @ Zip Carwash in Brier Creek Location in Raleigh, NC and the car wash broke my passenger side mirror. I bought the car (Porsche 2015-GT3) on Saturday AM and drove 400 Miles from Knoxville.

Unfortunately, I decided to get the car washed before going home, and now I am stuck with a broken passenger-side mirror. Now I am unable to drive the car with broken mirror dangling on the side.

I cannot even file a damage claim as the manager does not show up at the location. The employees at the location are of no help.

I reached out to the Manager and he said to meet him at 3:00 PM on Monday. He did not show up and no SMS or Text Message from him.

I have called Zip Corporate and left a message. Yet to hear back from them.

Desired outcome: File a damage report and get compensated for repair of the mirror.
