McDonald's - Rude staff and nasty restaurant

July 29th 12:45 pm we stopped at the McDonalds in Rockingham, NC. We Walked in the building to order and we stood at the register and waited to order and was approached by an employee and was rudely told they didn’t take orders at the register, we had to use the kiosk. (for someone trying to use cash this was an inconvenience) Another couple that was there waiting turned around and left. We proceeded to order from the kiosk. Manager came and brought our food and cups for our drinks. (the last McDonald’s we ate at fixed our drinks for us and brought out our food) so we asked about the drinks and was told we had to fix them, (that’s totally fine) it’s the way we were talked to when asking a question is the rude part of all of this. We told her about the rude staff from the beginning of us entering the building and she said we should of came to her first thing but she had the attitude saying we were the ones being rude. The bathrooms were nasty with 3 inches of dust caked on the air vents and stalls dirty, tables throughout the dining area were nasty and dirty. We won’t be back to McDonald’s period.

Desired outcome: This restaurant needs an inspection by corporate undercover
