I dont actually have a complaint I didn’t know where or how to make a good review. I visited the store in Roseboro, NC after my uncles funeral and I encountered 2 associates that were absolutely fantastic. I was feeling very down and I think she was a supervisor named Tiffany because she was managing up front and she welcomed me with a smile and said thank you for choosing to shop at food Lion how are you today? I was shocked because of how friendly she was with her smile and her compliment brightened my day about my dress. When I got rung up a gentleman named Jamal was my cashier and he was very charismatic which I enjoyed. Tiffany helped bag my groceries and volunteered to help take them to my car which I greatly appreciated. They both lifted my day and if they haven’t they deserve a raise because they are the reason a lot of us locals sho there!
Desired outcome: They should be recognized that’s how you keep employees by company appreciation
