I've been a customer with dental works for a year now I've been prob 8 times paid my bill before I left each time and I had a appointment 2 weeks ago in the morning which I had planned on attending until I was called into work that morning so I had to cancel. I was sent a 50 dollar fee which I will pay but if I do I will not be goin back because I understand that yaw have a 24 hour cancellation policy but yaw have to also understand that I have to work to be able to pay you for your services. I'm a good customer with excellent credit who has always paid his bills no matter what they are but this upsets me greatly. If I don't here back I'll assume yaw don't care and I'll pay your money but I will also find another dentist who will get my money and buisness.
