On July 3rd I ordered (Order #103367) $44.91 worth of fare from the domino’s pizza, Store 5588 in Sanford, NC 27330. My order was placed online and I received a total of 4 pizzas, etc. 1 pizza was incorrect – lacking cheese on one side and the other pizza had a hair baked in.
Mirena Figueroa was contacted at the store and gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever received.
I selected ½ sausage on your interactive pizza gadget, however for some reason the system defaulted to no cheese on that one ½ of the pizza. I didn’t have the option to deselect cheese, instead I just asked for sausage on ½ so couldn’t understand why the pizza came with ½ cheese on one side and then ½ sauce, sausage and no cheese (or let’s say cheese on a slice or two). To make it worse another pizza had a hair baked inside.
I was rudely hung up on. I called back and was told I would need to repurchase the same pizza that should have been delivered correctly and was blatantly disrespected by this young woman, Mirena Figueroa.
I drove to the location with both pizzas and at that time was given another one of the pizzas that didn’t have cheese on it. However, Mirena Figueroa immediately responded that we had put the hair in the other pizza. My cousin works for the Chatham County Health Department and I was visiting from Atlanta so do not have time to play silly games and waste gas driving back to a restaurant to correct a wrong.
Mirena Figueroa has done a disservice to both domino’s pizza and the overall public’s health at large as how dare a supervisor or manager on duty take a foreign object in a food product so lightly and argue with a customer. On this day, I was with a car fool of children and other customers even left the store due to her sheer dismissal of my complaint.
Bottom line is that I should have been given fresh pizzas made correctly minus attitude, error and hair alike. I am truly disgusted that I had to leave the house at all to come address these concerns as the pizzas should have been redelivered without me having to drive to the store to continue to be so rudely treated by a terrible representative of domino’s.
I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter as I believe that the persons working at this store need to be retrained in customer service, food preparation and safety.
I am attaching pictures of the pizzas that we received that were incorrect. Please note on the one with 1/2 cheese we had a 5 year old and she did eat a piece of the cheese pizza as she didn't know any better as this was prior to us looking at all the pizzas & realizing that 2 of the 4 were incorrect.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
