McDonald's - Remaking a cold double cheese burger, and also forgot my mcchicken but I didnt know they didnt ring it up because had no reciept.

date - Monday, Jan. 16th 2023, time 8:06pm.

Im sure you can replay back cameras an listen to how rude she was. but here is what happened.

Went to this McDonald’s and ordered food. We drove off and was on the way home we noticed one of our sandwiches were cold and missing a mcchicken. We returned and asked for missing sandwich and to have our other sandwich remade and the young man at the window was nice and said he would fix it. As we were waiting, Crystal royal (the manager on duty) returned with the sandwich we handed back and a receipt. She stated with a hostile attitude that we had not been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting on our food, which we never said. She then states we didn’t pay for the mcchicken. My boyfriend then said that’s fine we want the sandwich remade and that he could pay for the mchicken he has enough money where that wasn’t an issue. She then goes on to say she doesn’t care how much money he makes. I then ask why she is displaying an attitude when all we asked for was to remake the sandwich. She states that we came off with an attitude first. I explain to her that she came to the window with an attitude and getting hostile saying that we were complaining about waiting in line for 30 minutes when that was never said by either of us. I then asked why she has an attitude and hostile tone when we asked nicely at the window for our sandwiches to be remade and she says because she is a manager. Crystal then repeats “so do you want a refund or do you want the sandwiches remade” over and over again. I state three times “we don’t want the mchicken any more just remake the sandwich” in the midst of her screaming over me repeating what she just said over again, while I’m trying to answer her question. At this point I am irritated and aggravated because she is just yelling repeating herself while I’m trying to answer her question. To this I then got hostile back and she proceeds to tell us to leave which we refuse because we are waiting on our paid food. She then yells for someone in the back to get our liscense plate number, and threatens to report us to the police.

if this is how you train or let the managers speak and act to a customer just trying to get their food right an fresh than you need to do better and should be ashamed, if continue to let it happen or tolerate that behavior.

her attitude was uncalled for an not acceptable!

Desired outcome: id like disciplinary action to be taken. fire, depromote her from manager, suspended days, something other than just talking and probally laughing about the situation like the whole rest of the employees were doing would be great.
