Pall Mall Cigarettes

i have been smoking pall mall 100's for 12 years. I bought a pack at a local store called Lil Joe's on Highway 34 in West Monroe Louisiana. They happened to be out of the brand my wife regularly smokes, and so I had no alternative but to buy these instead. My wife lit her first cigarette out of the pack and almost immediately the red hot head of the cigarette fell down her shirt and burned a very bad burn on her left breast an then as she reached to remove it it burned her fingers and in between both breasts. The burns immediately blistered and turned a purplish red color, and my wife complained of pain. It hurt her so badly that she felt the need to go to the hospital, she is afraid she will be scarred for life, and in my opinion it looks as if she will be. I put neosporin on the burns and covered them lightly with gauze. I have pictures of the burns and will gladly submit them to you. My wife MariaAnn is inconsolable, the burn to her right breast is deep and very discolored. Due to the holiday i could not take her to her doctor today, however she is going first thing in the morning and i am sure he will take his own pictures of the damages done to my wife's body.

i did not know what else to do for her but to write to your company and see what if anything can be done to compensate my wife's loss, and pain. She is a very beautiful woman who spent her life modeling and appearing in many beauty pageants, and now feels that this is no longer an option for her. We are not the kind of people who are hard up for money, nor have we ever sued a single soul in our entire lives but this has to be dealt with fairly and justly. Please understand that this is a matter of principle, my wife is scarred for life and may need plastic surgery to correct the terrible scars left by your faulty cigarette.

I would like you to compensate my wife for the damages done to her beautiful body. I would like you to send her a check for 5000.00, a fair amount if you ask me or any other lawyer. Oh i failed to mention that i work as a company litigator. This is a non negotiable amount, however, if you come close to that amount I will not bring in the big wigs to sue you for 100's of thousands. You do know that the first amount they will ask for is 1million dollars in damages, due to the loss of my wife's career. Not to mention the fact that we are not quite sure she will ever emotionally recover from this tragedy. I would also like a letter of apology along with the check and the promise to supply any smoking cessation medications that she may need as well as the tranquilizers she now is taking due to the anguish and constant crying she is going through. Please right the letter and check addressed to Mrs. Maria-Ann Crowe, 6031 Highway 34, West Monroe Louisiana. Please send it by rush mail, if not received by 8/13/2015, i will officially file suit in the federal court system as well as bring a substantial civil lawsuit against your company of which i can assure you that you will lose a lot of money as well as very bad press and customer base. Please contact my wife if you have any questions concerning these terms, as she is home during buisness while
caring for our twin daughters.
