On 8/27/2023 my daughter went into Casey's on 2nd Street in Grand Island Nebraska and Wanda told her to leave that she couldn't be inside without her mom.
My daughter came out and told me that I had to go in with her at all times. I didn't understand so I went in and I was told that no one knew why but that my kids were not allowed to go into that store without me.
When I asked Melissa she stated that they have been told that my kids were seen stealing food. I requested to see proof of what was being said and Melissa told me that I can't see proof.
I stayed that I will make another complaint to corporate and Melissa told me that it will not do any good. Corporate won't do anything.
This comes after I made another complaint about a cashier who I recently just found out her name is Melissa.
This has always been my favorite store until recently. The only time that I and my kids feel comfortable going into the store is when Carter works because we at least get greeted and talked to like we are people.
This is now two complaints that need to be resolved as it seems these people are targeting my kids. If my kids stole anything like Wanda and Melissa claim why is this the first I have heard of it and why have they brought a receipt for everything that was purchased when they have been in there.
Please rectify this and get this group to stop targeting kids. This is immoral, improper, and illegal.
Desired outcome: Public apology from all involved that work at this store as they have been rude and have embarrassed my kids for no reason
