I was at the Fareway, store number 043 and the new ad came into effect, Wednesday, December 23, 2020 and I went shopping.
I ran into many issues. The advertised items were not marked with the sale price, so a customer would know which item was on sale. Nor was sale price ringing up correctly on the register.
When asked several associates, none seemed to know what was in the weekly ad or what was the correct price and have to look it up. This occurred in the meat and grocery departments.
When the store opens on Wednesdays and the new ad takes affect why wouldn't the sale items be marked, the register's ring up the correct prices and the employee's know the ad.
This is not the first time this has occurred and seems to happen on a regular bases. and I wonder how many of your customers, many who are older, have been taken advantage. Obviously this store cannot be trusted and I would hope your company would get this corrected so it does not continue.
Desired outcome: Corrections are made and confirmation of receipt of this concern be acknowledged by your company
