It seems the last time I made a complaint through the questionnaire it seems that it made things worse, Allen the manager is friends with Kira and Heidi. Doing so made them complain that I made mistakes, and they made me clean up my mistakes. Which I do not mind. Yet I just had to clean up a mess Heidi made because the card order she told me via note and bob did not work and I tried every other way and made a white line on the edge of the card. So I had to fix it myself and clean up her mess. It is nice to know that my days are numbered in the photo lab because I made mistakes. Never mind, Kira makes them as well, and I have had a customer tell me that the order I made for her was the first that was understood. Because the other 2 did not understand. I would go to Allen if he did not have a friendship with Kira and Heidi. He even laughed at me behind my back when I said I would like to be a manager to the photo lab. I cannot work in a hostile environment. It is not worth my time. They can make mistakes, but make my life hell if I make one. Kira talking right behind me to Heidi about me in 3 people. Say I did not accept responsible for a mistake. I turned and said fine, just blame me, I do not care. It was for a small issue. She turned to me and said not to be comment since she did not talk to me. If this is not a hostile environment that you people have an issue. Heidi and Kira said that something will give and it will be me and not them since they have worked the longer. It is nice to know that their mistakes are okay and I will lose my job because of mine. Hey Kira who is the manager over me can treat me with disrespect and if I speak up I will pay for it. That is not a good manager. She needs better training. She only works 28 hours and I do 38. Thank you.
Desired outcome: to have the issue fixed. without me loosing my job in photolab
