We have several accounts at TD Bank we are very disappointed with the customer service at your bank. We have both business and personal accounts. My husband is the payee on our daughter's account who has a disability. She was having a problem ordering from a local Walmart for some personal items that she wanted to purchase. She made the mistake of putting through several times and her account was blocked. We thought it would be an easy task. We had a very bad experience with our first call. We were put on hold for 15 minutes. We decided to go to our TD Branch in Berlin, NJ and there was one teller and one customer Service person on a Saturday. We were there an hour ahead. We were in a line with at least 6 other people ahead of us. I asked the Customer Service Rep if we waited would we eventually receive the help we need. His answer was no the bank would be closing at 1PM. It did appear that there was no manager present. The last person we spoke to her name was Angelica was very helpful from management. She should be commended.
Desired outcome: I would prefer to have a manager in the store. The office is understaffed. [protected] work [protected]
