AAMCO Transmissions - transmission repair services

Turnersville AAMCO
Stopped at shop and met manager and engine builder in September 2017. Had good meeting and was verbally given two estimates of $2600.00 to $2800.00 (low) and $3200.00 to $3400.00 (high). Had car towed and went back to shop. New manager/new owner/new estimate/reduced warranty. Not a lot of options so had them fix and cost with all extras was $4500.00. Picked up car and later had issues with catalytic converter. Took back to shop and they fixed it. Asked for receipt and manager said no receipt available because work done for free. Mileage: 64, 161.
Problems continued with catalytic converter and had serviced locally. Was told by mechanic catalytic converter was repaired without using any gaskets. My cost: $133.23.

Transmission never felt !00% fixed Took car to EHT shop in December 2018 and transmission needed to be rebuilt again Refused to take back to Turnersville. Through AAMCO customer service repsentative Mike P. and EHT Owner able to have to have work done locally. Spent $1, 011.62 on other repairs and issues they discovered. Mileage:77, 559.
Less than 4, 000 miles driven now again having transmission problems. Had car towed to EHT shop and transmission control module bad and repairs would be over $1850.00 and not covered by warranty. Had car towed to local shop and mechanic said problem with transmission. Local mechanic wants to talk to AAMCO however owner out of town in AAMCO school. Owner tried to call me Saturday at noon twice
I was not available and message said will call you back by 3:00 Saturday afternoon.
Have not heard from him since . His assistant and Customer Care do not take my calls
There is a lot more to this story and will gladly share to whomever wants to listen.
