I took my one year old and six year old for a haircut and as tiffany johnson was clipping my onew year old who has had about 4 haircuts already I see she is digging holes and it is uneven so I tell her and she panics and calls over another hairdresser so I tell her are u new. Now I am upset the other woman is now cutting even more hair and it looks worse so I say i'm not paying for this unless someone fixes it. The woman throws clippers at mirror and calls security. I am a professional dentist who doesnt care about the twenty dollars. I had to take him to another salon to fix as best possible. This is unappropriate behavior. I would like it addressed and I did pay for the service. They did not finish the haircut and I went to another salon for them to finish.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
