Great Clips

The manager of the great clips in Medford NJ butchered... Absolutely BUTCHERED my hair. I am going away in 10 days and I have to wear a hat everywhere I go. No apology, no offer of refund, no nothing. She did not follow the notes about cutting my hair and basically buzz cut the side of my head with one swipe. Then it had to be evened all around and I look like I am in Boot camp. I am so F-ing pissed off and the owner is taking his time calling me back. This place turns staff over so fast I never see a familiar face anymore. They suck! And it's not the cleanest place either. Never going back.
