My family and I decided to frequent the Buffalo Wild Wings in Millville NJ for the first time, excited for a nice dinner after a long day. We pre-ordered and pre payed for our order of take out. When we arrived we were greeted by a surly woman named Natalie who was exceedingly rude when we relayed our order information. She snapped that there would be a bit of a wait. Being a patient man my partner and I waited patiently. After a half hour I inquired with Natalie the status of our order. She snarled that there was nothing in the kitchen for us yet. This was after and hour of time from our original order. I asked to speak to her manager and at first she ignored me but finally brought her manager Amy out of the rear of the restaurant. I explained to Amy what had happened. She offered a partial refund and was able to bring out the order. We checked it and the items in our order were completely wrong. At that point we asked Natalie for a full refund and to again speak to Amy. Amy gave me the refund but little else. No apology, no offer to correct the situation. As you are aware time is exceedingly valuable and to have mine wasted in such a way convinced me and mine to steer clear of the establishment in the future. There were other people with the same issues we noted and they received the same treatment. Seeming based on the race of the individual customers. I hope you can understand how upsetting this is and how poorly this business seems to be operated. So much so that I have spent more of my time writing this review. I’m certain that you personally would be appalled that representatives of the business would act this way. And will never frequent this establishment again.
