Called two weeks ago to make a appointment to have 4 new tires installed. The appointment was for Sunday 10 am on Nov. 17th. Got to Mavis at 9:45 am spoke to women i did not get her name . She asked me if i was dropping off. I asked how long it would be and she said a hour and half to get it in. I had a 10am appointment and needed my car at 2 pm. I agreed to the time and elected to go home and she agreed to call me when done. I called at 1:30 pm and was told my Jim who stated he was the assistant manager and said I was the next to be done. I waited to 3:30 pm and decided to have my wife drive me to the store. My car was in the same place i dropped it off 6 hours ago. I had a 10 am appointment. I asked Jim if my car was ready and he told me the same thing he told me 2 hours ago that i was the next to be done the store was empty and closing in another hour. I told Jim he told me that 2 hours ago and he said someone pushed me back. I am still interested in getting the work done but definetly not at this location. I am very disappoined and hope you solve this problem and maybe recomend me to another location in Toms River NJ that can give me the service a customer deserves.
