2/17 Brought in my car for a brand-new set of tires and an alignment for my first time ever.
Picked up my car and the steering wheel is now leaning right and my seat recliner knob is popped off.
All things in account, I know this is an old car and some people make mistakes.
3/1 I brought the car back at 330 and was told to bring the car the next morning.
3/2 I brought my car at 930 am and made a phone call, 2 hours passed and my car did not move, so I went home. Now it is 430 and no phone call, so I call them. The man tells me, no, I called you already, the car is ready. I go to pick up my car and I ask if everything is good and the man nods in agreement and I get in my car to drive away as I go to move the seat back in position and the other seat adjuster now breaks. I notice that the seat recliner was not fixed, to make things easy I just started to drive away. As I do, the car is starting to lean left again. I walk back in and wait my turn. I distraught ask the man why he hasn't fixed this yet and he flails his hands in the air saying oh you have to talk to a manager.
I went home and called the complaint hotline and talked to Tyler around 5 and he assures me the regional manager Sean would be in touch, still nothing has happened today I refuse to take my car back to a place that destroys my equipment and can't even fix the alignment they messed up in the first place.

Desired outcome: If they just fixed my alignment and break my seat adjusters. SUCH WOW
